It is time to put a fork in the Tampa Bay Rays. Apparently the latest stadium deal has fallen faster than the roof that was once atop Tropicana Field. Remember, this was a stadium deal sold to MLB and the public as a done-deal. Now the project is collapsing like the Yankees in the top of the fifth.
