Pacers force Game 7

Will take months to sell Rays. Basebrawl in LA. Scheffler tied for the lead

Good morning, all!

There will be a Game 7 to decide the NBA championship. Thursday night Indiana dismantled OKC, 108-91, setting up a showdown Sunday night at eight. It is the first time the finals have gone to a Game 7 since 2016 and the 20th Game 7 in NBA history.

Meanwhile, OKC did not beat around the bush in explaining the defeat. “We sucked.”

It will take months to sell Rays

With word out and acknowledged by the Tampa Bay Rays that owner Stu Sternberg has executed a Letter of Intent to sell the team, it does not mean the Rays will be sold in a matter of weeks.

It will take months before the deal is approved and the process could spill over into 2026. I break it all down in this edition of the DAN ON SPORTS podcast.
